Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Taguig for a Spanish Bilingual (Support) position. The primary duties include providing customer support to Spanish-speaking clients, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering resolutions in a timely and efficient manner. The role requires effective communication skills and collaboration with different teams to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Communication skills, including fluency in Spanish and English
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical concerns
  • Possess Analytical Skills for problem-solving and identifying solutions
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure high-quality customer interface
  • Familiarity with customer service software/tools is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar support role is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
