Location: Cebu (Primary) - Candidate may work from the Manila site
Work Setup: Hybrid | Day Shift

Note: Although the role is primarily based in Cebu, candidates may work from the Manila office. Travel to Cebu will be required for meetings or events where physical presence is needed - all travel expenses will be covered by the company.
Opportunity Overview
We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Center of Excellence (CoE) Director to lead transformation initiatives across our global finance organization. This role will oversee the design, implementation, governance, and optimization of CoEs specializing in areas such as Accounts Payable, Credit & Collections, Reconciliations, and Automation.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in finance transformation, shared services, process optimization, and global operating models.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the CoE vision and roadmap aligned with enterprise-wide finance transformation goals.
Operational Oversight
- Lead implementation and continuous improvement across finance functions, including AP, AR, Intercompany, Tax, Reconciliations, and Automation.
- Ensure service excellence, standardization, and scalability.
Governance & Methodology
- Build and enforce CoE frameworks, standard processes, KPIs, controls, and best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with global finance leaders to ensure alignment and smooth integration within the organization.
Talent Development
- Build high-performing CoE teams; establish training, upskilling, and recognition programs.
Change Enablement
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
Automation Integration
- Identify and champion automation initiatives using tools such as RPA, workflows, and digital platforms.
Reporting
- Provide structured reporting on CoE performance, service-level improvements, and transformation outcomes.
Qualifications
- At least 15 years of experience in finance, with significant leadership exposure in Shared Services Centers (SSC) or Centers of Excellence.
- Strong background in finance operations; Big 4 experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in managing global finance teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to define strategic vision, align goals, and execute transformation at scale.
- Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred) and automation tools (e.g., RPA).
- Experience setting and tracking KPIs, SLAs, and ROI for CoE initiatives.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience running a CoE or SSC across multiple regions.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php150, Php200,000.00 per month
