Project Coordinator manages the full lifecycle of a client's project -- from briefing to editing to final delivery. They ensure quality, timeliness, and smooth communication between client and editors.

Tasks include but are not limited to the following:

  • Review project details and assign tasks to the appropriate editor.
  • Track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communicate client revision requests to editors clearly.
  • Perform initial quality checks before submitting to QA/Creative Lead.
  • Maintain an organized project tracker and ensure status transparency.
  • Escalate recurring issues or delays to Executive Manager.

Reports To: Executive Manager

Coordinates With: Creative Lead & Editors

Freelance

Job Types: Part-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
