Offshore Data Analyst

Location: Libis, Quezon City, Philippines (Work On-site) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: PHP 70,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking two experienced Offshore Data Analysts to join our Business Operations and Analytics team. In this critical role, you will execute routine and operational data tasks, guarantee data accuracy, and manage key reporting processes. Your work will significantly increase our internal team's capacity, enabling them to focus on high-impact strategic initiatives and advanced analytics.

Your Daily Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Query data from established data models and organize/analyze results for stakeholders across the business.
  • Maintain and update complex dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, and Salesforce.
  • Prepare and manage churn sheets, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
  • Process and execute assigned Data Intake Tasks for various stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular data integrity checks across all reporting platforms.

Operational Support:

  • Accurately update and reconcile Month-to-Date (MTD) and Year-to-Date (YTD) performance results.
  • Ensure proper syncing and validation of data across internal reporting systems.

Process Optimization & Automation:

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
  • Document comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accuracy in data handling.
  • Develop and maintain checklists for recurring tasks, including dashboard reviews and churn reporting.

Quality Assurance & Collaboration:

  • Conduct peer reviews and validate deliverables for accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine Key Performance Indicator (KPI) definitions and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.

A Bit About You

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, and Salesforce.
  • Proven experience with SQL and fundamental data modeling concepts.
  • Strong analytical and meticulous problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow structured workflows and consistently deliver tasks within defined timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with automation tools and workflow optimization techniques.
  • Prior experience working with offshore teams in a fast-paced business environment.

  • The effective transition of a significant portion of operational data tasks to the offshore team.
