About the role

We are seeking a talented Demand Planning Assistant to join our team at McKenzie Distribution Co., Inc. based in Libis Quezon City. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in optimising our supply chain and inventory management processes. As the Demand Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing sales data, forecasting demand, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure we meet customer needs efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  • Collect, analyse and interpret sales data to develop accurate demand forecasts
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align demand planning with broader business objectives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform demand planning strategies
  • Identify opportunities to improve forecasting models and inventory management processes
  • Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate planning insights to stakeholders
  • Provide recommendations to optimise inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations research, statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey planning insights
  • Adaptable and collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail
  • Amenable to work ONSITE at Libis Quezon City (Mon-Fri)
