The Office/Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office. This role ensures efficient office functioning, manages administrative staff, supports internal departments, and maintains office systems and processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.

The main responsibilities of a OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER include:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the office and ensure smooth workflow.
- Oversee administrative and clerical staff, including training and task delegation.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and supplies; ensure cost-efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain and improve office policies, procedures, and filing systems.
- Handle facilities management including coordination with vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Maintain employee records and liaise with HR for onboarding and administrative concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Monitor office equipment and IT systems; coordinate with IT support as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in office or administrative management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with basic HR and accounting practices is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
