About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Graphic Artist & Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong graphic design expertise, experience working directly with clients, and knowledge of e-commerce platforms—especially WooCommerce.

This role blends creative design, digital marketing, and client coordination, making it perfect for someone who enjoys end-to-end ownership of brand and marketing initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Branding

  • Create marketing materials including social media graphics, banners, ads, infographics, posters, and promotional content.
  • Design visual assets for digital campaigns, website content, and email marketing.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials.
  • Support product photography, image editing, and layout design when needed.

Marketing & Content Support

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web.
  • Generate engaging visual content that aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize creative ideas and messaging.
  • Track and report on campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Client-Facing Tasks

  • Communicate directly with clients for design briefs, revisions, brand guidelines, and approvals.
  • Present design concepts and gather feedback professionally.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure client satisfaction.

WooCommerce & Website Support

  • Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Ensure product pages are visually appealing and optimized for conversion.
  • Assist in basic website maintenance, including layout adjustments and content updates.
  • Monitor website performance and coordinate fixes or improvements with the tech team.

What We're Looking ForQualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Artist, Marketing Associate, or similar creative/marketing role.
  • Proven client-facing or account-handling experience.
  • Hands-on experience with WooCommerce and e-commerce workflows.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
  • Knowledge of social media content creation and marketing strategies.
  • Basic understanding of web design, layout, and user experience (UX).
  • Familiarity with WordPress/WooCommerce backend.
  • Knowledge in video editing is a plus.
