ACCOUNTING STAFF that involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting various accounting and tax-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage and reconcile accounts receivables and payables.
  • Handle permits, licenses, and accounts-related documentation.
  • Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies in data.
  • Perform interdepartmental coordination for accounting-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Support initiatives for financial reporting and compliance.
  • Process tax-related tasks, including preparation, filing, and compliance.
  • Manage monthly remittances and ensure timely processing.
  • Processing of Payroll and governement mandatory.
  • Assist in financial analysis and reporting as needed.
  • Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax processes, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Willing to work at BGC, Taguig.
  • 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Willing to start ASAP
