Voice Associate (Onsite – Bridgetowne | Night Shift | Weekends Off)

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking Graduate of Bachelor's Degree or Associate Graduate/College Graduate (Non-Allied Courses) (with or without license — Allied Sciences; Social Sciences; Social Work; Human Services) for a Voice, Onsite position located in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals who are looking to transition into a corporate setting while still utilizing their clinical knowledge and expertise.

Work Arrangement:

  • Location: Onsite – Bridgetowne, Quezon City
  • Schedule: Night Shift
  • Days Off: Weekends Off

Compensation and Allowances:

  • Basic Monthly Salary: ₱28,000
  • Flexible Allowance: ₱1,000

Benefits and Entitlements:

  • 20% Night Differential Pay
  • HMO coverage for employees starting on Day 1
  • HMO coverage for dependents upon certification
  • Life and Accident Insurance
  • 13th and 14th Month Pay
  • Annual salary increase based on performance appraisal

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least one (1) to two (2) year/s direct adult patient care such as but not limited to: Long term care, Home and community-based services, Hospital/facility settings, Case management and/or working with managed care organizations;
  • OR BPO healthcare – MEMBER services via phone
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be available to start as soon as possible
