Accounting Clerk

Key Duties:
- Keep accurate financial records by tracking transactions and reconciling accounts.
- Manage invoices and payments for both incoming and outgoing funds.
- Conduct internal checks to ensure records are accurate and policies are followed.
- Post journal entries and handle account reconciliations.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to address financial concerns.
- Organize and maintain financial documents.
- Help prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and tax laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in finance or accounting, fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Familiarity with MS Office; ERP systems like Oracle or SAP is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for analyzing financial data and spotting trends.
