Sourcing & Procurement Manager

We are committed to innovation and sustainability, delivering advanced pool heat pumps, water pumps, and robotic cleaners to customers in major markets including Australia, the USA, and Canada. We are looking for a capable and passionate professional to join our China team, managing both domestic and international procurement and product development.

Responsibilities

• Supplier & Factory Management: Build and manage strong relationships with domestic and overseas factories to develop and supply finished pool equipment for OEM export and domestic markets.
• Product Development & Sourcing: Lead sourcing and development of new OEM products. Collaborate with factories to move product concepts from design through to production, ensuring all specifications and quality standards meet the requirements of target markets.
• Quality & Certification Compliance: Ensure all products meet required certifications and compliance standards for both domestic and international markets (e.g., UL, CSA, SAA, CE). Oversee documentation and certification processes with factories to maintain a compliant and efficient supply chain.
• Inventory Management: Supervise stock planning and inventory management to ensure supply chain stability and cost efficiency. Work with logistics partners to optimize transport and delivery schedules, minimize delays, and manage domestic and international freight costs.
• Cost Management & Negotiation: Conduct ongoing cost analysis and negotiate with factories to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and agreements. Implement annual cost-reduction strategies without compromising product quality.
• Collaboration & Communication: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external factory partners, ensuring clear communication on product requirements, production schedules, and quality control.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Industry Experience: Background in procurement and product development in manufacturing or electronics industries, with strong knowledge of OEM export and domestic markets. Experience in pool equipment or related industries is a plus.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards. Must have experience with international certification requirements (Australia, USA, Canada) as well as domestic regulations.
• Procurement Skills: Proven experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management.
• Professional Skills: High-level English communication skills (spoken and written). Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Software Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
