The Materials Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory records for promotional items and event materials. The role supports the efficient operation of warehouse activities, upholds documentation integrity, and coordinates with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure proper storage, movement, and disposition of materials.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; experience in SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and analytical mindset.
