COST AND BILLS SUPERVISOR (Logistics)

Job Purpose: Tasked to monitor, validate and process invoice billings from 3rd Party Service Providers. Fixed and operational expenses of Logistics warehouses.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that service providers are paid on time and accurately.
  • Cater to the department's internal requirement such as material or supply acquisitions including department's budget preparation.
  • Provide information to the team on issues and concerns in relation to billing processing, suppliers issues, finance and other internal concerns.
  • Handles contract preparation related to Logistics in coordination with Legal and Operations.
  • Prepares departmental budget for operating expenses for the year
  • Ensures that requisitions are set to be within budget or with proper approval from higher officers.
  • Contributes improvement of existing policies and procedures within the department

Qualification

  • Graduate of Business Management/Accounting/Financial Management or other related course.
