About the role

AUXILIA INC' is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Ramp Hiring* Financial Account* 25k Salary Offer* Onsite Process. This full-time, on-site position is based in Tagum City, Davao del Norte and will play a crucial role in our customer service operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels
  2. Handling a wide range of customer enquiries, complaints and requests in a professional and efficient manner
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer queries
  4. Proficient in data entry, with an eye for detail and accuracy
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  6. Familiarity with customer service software and technologies
