QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field; or relevant experience in field operations.
3–5 years of experience in telecom field operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of field deployment processes, technical standards, and safety protocols.
Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both field teams and management.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/EXPERTISE:
Experience managing teams across multiple sites or locations.
Familiarity with project management tools, reporting systems, or workforce management software.
Ability to handle operational challenges and coordinate resources efficiently.
