Overview:

Blueprint Building Group is looking for an experienced Foreman to supervise on-site construction activities. The Foreman will oversee workers, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain smooth coordination between the site engineer and the project manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities.
• Ensure all work follows plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor materials, tools, and equipment to avoid delays.
• Coordinate tasks with the site engineer and report daily progress.
• Check quality of workmanship and guide workers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Willing to be assigned within Pampanga or nearby projects.
