In this role, you aren't just a technical support agent; you are the strategic link between a client's physical factory floor and their digital ERP ecosystem. Through our structured Consultant Development Program, we will train you to lead the digital modernization of global manufacturing firms.

The Project Lifecycle

  • Operational Diagnostic: Lead deep-dive audits of manufacturing and logistics workflows to identify "lean" opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.

  • Process Modeling: Design comprehensive "To-Be" models that bridge the gap between current site realities and future digital efficiency.

  • Solution Architecture: Convert complex business needs into precise functional specifications for our technical configuration teams.

  • Deployment & Validation: Oversee the testing and rollout of modular ERP systems, ensuring they are optimized for real-world production environments.

  • Technical Pre-Sales: Partner with our growth team to architect and deliver high-impact technical demonstrations to prospective corporate clients.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Analytical Mindset: A natural ability to deconstruct complicated processes and propose data-driven solutions.

  • Tech-Ready: You have a "tech-first" mindset and are eager to master enterprise platforms like Infor, SAP, or Oracle.

  • Communication: Elite English fluency for leading site assessments and high-level client training sessions.
