Qualifications:
- Must be a College graduate in any course related to Business Administration, Office Administration, or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in clerical or administrative work (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Must be honest, trustworthy, and professional.
- Willing to work on-site at our office in [City/Province].
- Can start immediately is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle data entry and maintain filing systems.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.
