This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for a  Accounts Receivable Analyst.

The Accounts Receivable Analyst will handle proforma invoices, Early Termination Fees (ETF), apply payments, and support AR call queues and emails. The role requires strong contract knowledge, analytical skills, and attention to detail to ensure accurate invoicing and cash application.

• Billing & Calculations: Prepare, review, and issue proforma invoices and calculate ETFs based on contracts.

• Payment Processing: Apply and reconcile customer payments (ACH, wire, check, credit card).

• Customer Relations: Handle AR call queues and email correspondence with customers regarding invoices, ETFs, and payments.

• Reporting & Compliance: Support month-end close, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with internal policies.

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, lookups).

• Experience in efficiently handling customer calls, both inbound and outbound.

• Ability to explain contract terms clearly to non-finance audiences.

• Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years in Accounts Receivable or similar role.

• Experience with proforma invoices, ETFs, and contract-based billing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Comfortable managing calls and emails professionally.

• Familiar with ERP/AR systems (e.g., HighRadius, NetSuite).
