What you'll be doing:
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance across platforms such as Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to provide actionable insights.
  • Investigate trends, audience engagement, and sentiment to identify opportunities and potential risks for the brand.
  • Troubleshoot anomalies in social data and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by delivering clear, data-backed recommendations that improve customer experience and social engagement strategies.
  • Own social media performance reporting, identify root causes of fluctuations, and escalate PR-sensitive issues as needed.
  • Educate internal teams on social media metrics, trends, and best practices to enhance overall strategy and decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media platform changes, industry trends, and crypto market movements to provide strategic insights tailored to base's products and community.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize social content and campaigns by measuring their impact and recommending improvements based on data.
What we look for in you:
  • This role requires full-time, in-office presence at our Fort Bonifacio location in Metro Manila, five days a week.
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends to support the 24/7 nature of cryptocurrency markets.
  • Passion for base's mission and improving the social media experience for high-value customers through data-driven insights.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience analyzing social media metrics, preferably in a fast-paced environment supporting high-value clients.
  • Basic understanding of blockchain, web3, staking, ROI/staking rewards, self-custody, and cryptocurrency ecosystems.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth, fast-moving organization.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Passion for helping customers and community members succeed using base products through data-led guidance.
Nice to haves:
  • Experience working in crypto exchanges or financial services, particularly in payments, trading operations, or technical support.
  • Advanced proficiency in cryptocurrency concepts and base's product offerings.
  • Experience with training, quality auditing, or data quality assurance.
  • Background in Banking, Wealth Management, Corporate Finance, Asset Management, or FinTech.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and platforms such as Sprinklr, Google Analytics, JIRA, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Amazon Connect.
