bout the Role

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketer to plan, create, and manage engaging content across our social platforms. This role is key to growing our online presence, building brand awareness, and driving traffic and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content (images, videos, captions, reels, stories, etc.) tailored to each platform.
  • Manage posting schedules and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
  • Run paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) and track performance.
  • Analyze metrics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies based on results.

Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related role.
  • Strong creative skills and a good eye for design and trends.
  • Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and ad management tools.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
  • Basic video editing skills for reels and short-form content.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
