Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Multimedia Staff member with a passion for visual storytelling through photography and videography. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality photos and videos that align with our brand's vision and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including pre-production, setup, and post-production tasks.
  • Capture high-quality images and videos for a variety of purposes, including marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and events.
  • Edit photos and videos to create compelling and engaging content that meets brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Manage and maintain multimedia equipment and software.
  • Ensure all content is delivered on time and within the project scope.
  • Creative and able to produce compelling storyboards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques in photography, videography, and editing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Photography, Videography, Film Production, or related field.
  • Should present Video Reel / Portfolio.
  • Proven experience (2 years above) in photography and videography, including shooting, lighting, and editing.
  • Proficient in using photo and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of visual composition, framing, and storytelling.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their multimedia content requirements.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Fine Arts / Advertising / Information Technology
  • Minimum of 1-year work-related experience.
  • Must have a Portfolio included on their resume. Format Should be PDF or Website link
  • Excellent knowledge with software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere or any software of the same like.
  • Experience in Advertising or similar business is an advantage
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig.
