The Opportunity: Multimedia Marketing Designer (AI Qualified)

We are seeking a talented, creative, and
AI-proficient Multimedia Marketing Designer
to join our dynamic team in Pasig City. This pivotal hybrid role (2-3 days in-office, rest from home, 2 days holiday weekly) is crucial in bringing the nor sken brand to life across our digital sales and social platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and for various advertising campaigns.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

• AI-Enhanced Content Creation:
  Actively explore, experiment with, and leverage AI tools to generate, enhance, and optimize visual content, including images, graphics, videos, and animations for social media and ads.
• Core Multimedia Design:
  Design and produce a wide range of engaging visual content, including images, graphics, videos, animations, and short-form reels for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Ad Campaign Support:
  Develop compelling visual assets for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
• Brand Consistency:
  Ensure all visual content adheres strictly to nor sken's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and high-quality aesthetic across all platforms.
• Video & Image Post-Production:
  Edit raw video footage into polished, dynamic, and engaging content suitable for various social media formats. Enhance product images and lifestyle shots for optimal visual appeal.
• Trend & Technology Awareness:
  Stay relentlessly up-to-date with the latest social media trends, design techniques, and
  emerging AI tools and best practices
  to create innovative and relevant content.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, plan content calendars, and execute visual strategies, including discussions on AI integration.
• Asset Management:
  Organize and maintain a library of digital assets.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications

• Experience:
  Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in multimedia design, graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, or a related creative field.
• Education:
  A Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Arts, or a related creative discipline is preferred.
• Portfolio (Essential):
  A strong online portfolio showcasing your best work in graphic design, video production, animation, and social media content creation.
  Please include any experimental or professional work demonstrating familiarity or use of AI tools, if available.

• AI Proficiency (Highly Valued):
• Demonstrable familiarity or hands-on experience with AI tools
  for content generation (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion), image editing/enhancement (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Generative Fill), or video creation/enhancement (e.g., RunwayML, CapCut AI features).
• A strong eagerness and proven ability to quickly learn and integrate new AI technologies into creative workflows.
• Software Proficiency:
  Proficient in industry-standard design and video editing software, including
  Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Social Media Savvy:
  Deep understanding of visual content requirements and best practices for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (including Reels, Stories, Posts).
• Creativity & Attention to Detail:
  Exceptional creative vision, strong design sense, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Communication:
  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Self-Starter & Adaptable:
  Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and adapt quickly to new technologies and trends.
• Plus Points:
  Experience with photography, videography, or a background in the beauty/skincare industry.

Salary Range:
