Back-end support to the Service Planner. Preparations of PR both for Rental and Aftersales Technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare all possible documents such as DR, permits and gate pass.
- Monitoring and request of rental consumables and other fast-moving items. (Such as hydraulic oil, engine oil, brake fluid, gear oil, ATF and etc.)
- Monitoring of the rental contract's expiration and facilitating all costs are included in month-end TECO including manhours of technician and all operation expenses.
- Collect customer data and feedback and reports for management to monitor sales performance. This includes the monthly compilation of statistical data extracted from service activities such as orders, sales, contract services, etc.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy in SAP Customer Service (CS) module by inputting data for the purpose of creating service orders, purchase requisitions, picking lists, delivery notes, etc.
- Responsible for preparing requests of unavailable (foreign / local) materials needed for all service orders, sales orders and coordinates actual delivery of said material so that customers' needs are duly fulfilled.
- Create purchase request from service reports and other request for safety stocks and monitor PR to PO creation and do the picking in the system.
- Extract and input manhours, travelling hours in SAP and prepare monthly service reports for management to monitor productivity and performance of service staff.
- Monitoring of monthly PM plan and Contract service and coordinating with service manager for execution so as to ensure smooth progress and completion of service jobs.
- Assist in collection of service debt by coordinating with the credit control executive and making follow-up calls to customers to ensure that full payments are collected on time.
- Maintain the upkeep of office facilities according to 5S standards so as to ensure a pleasant working work environment at all times for all staff.
- Adhere to office EHS procedures and standards in order to achieve required safety standards.
Qualification:
- Preferably accountancy graduate with SAP background or other 4-year college degree with equivalent length of SAP exposure.
Experience:
- At least 2 years hands-on experience on SAP
- With previous experience on office administration support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- General Santos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
