Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll while upholding compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full cycle of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including data related to new hires, terminations, salary changes, and deductions.
  • Monitor and verify employee attendance, overtime, leave, and absences for accurate payroll input.
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll taxes, benefits contributions, and other government-mandated deductions.
  • Assist in generating payroll-related reports such as expense summaries, tax filings, and reconciliations.
  • Address employee questions related to compensation, benefits, tax deductions, and payslips.
  • Stay current with labor laws and payroll regulations to ensure continuous compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of any 4-year degree program
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in payroll and timekeeping
