Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full cycle of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including data related to new hires, terminations, salary changes, and deductions.
  • Monitor and verify employee attendance, overtime, leave, and absences for accurate payroll input.
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll taxes, benefits contributions, and other government-mandated deductions.
  • Assist in generating payroll-related reports such as expense summaries, tax filings, and reconciliations.
  • Address employee questions related to compensation, benefits, tax deductions, and payslips.
  • Stay current with labor laws and payroll regulations to ensure continuous compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of any 4-year degree program
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in payroll and timekeeping
