The opportunity

Join the dynamic team at Noble Hotel as an F&B Sales professional. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and cultivating strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Key responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads within the food and beverage industry
  • Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring excellent service and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Negotiate and secure contracts with clients, maximising revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and provide regular progress reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Work closely with the F&B operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality sector
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Demonstrated negotiation and contract management skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to measure and optimize sales performance
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
