About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Engineer to join our property management team. The role focuses on technical audits, compliance, and engineering support to ensure our managed properties operate safely, efficiently, and in line with standards.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct technical audits and inspections of building systems.
  • Review preventive maintenance and equipment performance.
  • Identify issues, recommend corrective actions, and prepare reports.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and government regulations (DENR, DOE, DOLE, LGU).
  • Support engineering projects, transitions, and process improvements.
  • Provide guidance on energy efficiency and cost-saving measures.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
  • Licensed Engineer (preferred).
  • Relevant experience in facilities/property management or building engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, etc.).
  • Trained and Certified Energy Audit (preferred)
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and good communication skills.
