About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Handling Innovation, Inc.'. As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts receivable processes and ensuring efficient cash flow. This full-time position is based in Paranaque City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, collections, and credit management
  2. Developing and implementing strategies to improve the accounts receivable process and reduce outstanding balances
  3. Analysing and reporting on accounts receivable metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  4. Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely recording of receivables
  5. Handling customer inquiries and disputes related to invoices and payments
  6. Supervising and training the accounts receivable team to maintain high standards of efficiency and customer service
  7. Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in a supervisory role
  2. Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, credit management, and collections best practices
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address accounts receivable issues
  4. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
  6. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve accounts receivable objectives
  7. Thorough knowledge of relevant accounting regulations and compliance requirements
