Job Summary:

The Sales & Account Specialist is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through account servicing and after-sales support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and convert potential clients through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and market research
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence
  • Maintain an updated database of leads, contacts, and sales activities

Account Management

  • Build strong and long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct regular account visits and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction
  • Handle client concerns, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally
  • Monitor account performance, feedback, and industry trends relevant to clients
  • Upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing accounts

Negotiation & Documentation

  • Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and contracts for clients
  • Assist in negotiations to close deals in alignment with company guidelines
  • Ensure proper documentation, billing, and collection coordination

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, and finance teams for smooth client servicing
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts
  • Participate in events, marketing campaigns, and networking activities to promote the company

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • With experience in Sales/Account Management (industry experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple accounts
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
  • Willing to travel or do fieldwork as needed
