- Authorize and issue release documents to warehouse staff prior to product dispatch.
- Monitor outgoing shipments and ensure products match approved release documents.
- Maintain proper records and filing of all dispatch and release transactions.
- Communicate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams regarding delivery schedules and special instructions.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies between release documents and actual inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and security procedures before releasing goods.
- Prepare and submit dispatch/releasing reports to management.
