Job Description:

We are looking for a Logistics Officer responsible for planning, implementing, and managing logistics operations to ensure efficient product movement, vehicle performance, and timely deliveries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan daily itineraries and allocate resources efficiently to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure timely, complete, and accurate delivery of customer orders.
  • Develop strategic plans to expand nationwide distribution.
  • Address and resolve delivery and operational concerns effectively.
  • Manage logistics budgets, expenses, and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships with logistics providers to enhance distribution.
  • Oversee dispatching, loading, and releasing of orders in good condition.
  • Supervise and monitor drivers and helpers for adherence to policies and schedules.
  • Utilize GPS tracking for real-time vehicle monitoring and theft prevention.
  • Ensure optimal vehicle performance, maintenance, and servicing schedules.
  • Keep all vehicle licenses and registrations up to date.
  • Analyze data to improve operational efficiency and achieve KPIs.
  • Maintain a training matrix to ensure the team is skilled and competent.
  • Support the Operations Head in achieving company goals.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • Training/Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of logistics management and Philippine geography.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in Logistics Management.
