Job Summary:

Process and Data Analyst collects, analyzes, and interprets business processes and sales data to provide actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. He/She supports decision-making by identifying trends and recommending optimizations based on quantitative analysis.

This role plays a critical part in supporting Primer PH Retail's strategy by transforming manual, fragmented reports into actionable business insights. The position ensures data integrity across IBMS, Savant, and other business systems, and drives measurable improvements in forecast accuracy and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and clean retail sales and process data from various sources.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to visualize business insights.
  • Conduct process mapping and identify inefficiencies.
  • Support retail teams with data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to optimize data flows and analytics tools.
  • Deliver monthly analytics reports with actionable recommendations for cost reduction or efficiency improvement.
  • Develop dashboards that link sell-through, inventory turnover, and profitability by channel.
  • Partner with Finance, Retail, and E-Commerce teams to identify and automate recurring manual reports.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in data analysis or related analytical roles.
  • Higher positions, particularly advanced analytics or leadership roles, may require more than 4 years.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of retail industry metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • Experience with process analysis and improvement methodologies.
