About the Role – Influencer Marketing Manager In 2026, Salmon plans to begin signing influencers directly to optimize marketing budgets by reducing agency commission fees. We also aim to expand our influencer marketing footprint by launching more campaigns and producing collaborative content with creators. To implement this strategy effectively and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, we are seeking a dedicated Influencer Marketing Manager. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across key social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies aligned with Salmon’s brand and values. Plan and manage influencer campaigns from end to end — including briefing, contracting, content review, and performance tracking. Collaborate with creative, brand, and media teams to ensure influencer content aligns with broader marketing goals. Negotiate contracts, monitor deliverables, and ensure all content meets brand and compliance standards. Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and optimize future initiatives based on data‑driven learnings. Stay updated on influencer trends, audience behaviors, and emerging content formats to inform strategy. Manage budgets, timelines, and reporting to ensure maximum efficiency and impact. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or social media management — ideally in fintech, consumer tech, or lifestyle industries. Strong understanding of the creator economy, influencer landscape, and key social media platforms. Demonstrated success managing influencer campaigns and achieving measurable results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Creative thinker with a strong grasp of content and cultural trends. Fluent in English; proficiency in Tagalog is a plus.
