LevelSeniorWhat are your ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the accounting and finance functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize business performance. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

Supervise project accounting activities, ensuring cost tracking, allocation, and reporting align with project goals. Handle financial aspects of trading and importation, including cost control, tax compliance, and cash flow management. Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, audits, and tax submissions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making. Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What are your minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA license required. Proven experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably in project accounting. Experience in trading, customs regulations, and import/export documentation.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Familiarity with cost accounting and supply chain finance.

Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong negotiation and financial planning skills. What Skill Levels are required for this position
