The Position

At Roche Diagnostics, we are looking for a Commercial Specialist to join our Commercial Customer Excellence team, where you will drive customer development opportunities, optimize healthcare resources, and implement impactful solutions within Core Lab, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful launches and contributing valuable market insights. The Opportunity

  • You generate valuable customer, market, and competitor insights to shape future Roche solutions.

  • You implement a go-to-market strategy for new solutions, ensuring they are perfectly tailored to the market.

  • Before a product launch, you manage the product life cycle, including internal training, forecasting, and setting pricing strategies.

  • You build and strengthen relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and healthcare management across Sweden.

  • You own and drive selected sales opportunities, continuously reassessing and maximizing the potential value.

  • You ensure that localized marketing and sales materials are available and aligned with commercial needs.

  • You maintain transparency in tender initiatives, aligning pre-tender strategies with customer needs and tender requirements.

Who You Are

  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing within the Swedish healthcare system and have a deep understanding of Roche's offerings in Core Lab.

  • You are a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments and driving opportunities forward.

  • You excel at building relationships with senior healthcare professionals and decision-makers, and you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

  • You are proactive and adaptable, thriving in both independent work and collaborative team settings, always focused on contributing to shared goals.

  • You are skilled in financial acumen and familiar with sales methodologies like Miller Heiman or Blue Sheet, with no restrictions on traveling when needed.
