THE ROLE:

We are looking for an Account Specialist for our Employee Benefits division who will be responsible for managing key accounts and achieving the group's overall objective.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and updating assigned accounts for renewal. Assist the manager in renewal discussion preparations.
  • Conduct collection follow-ups in coordination with the credit and collection team
  • Attend to claims concerns in partnership with the claims department
  • Daily coordination with the Policy Administration department regarding deliverables (policies, endorsements &, etc.)
  • Providing weekly production & collection reports/analysis

Qualification:

  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare account management, preferably from an HMO provider, insurance broker, or life insurance company. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding or working knowledge of HMO and other life insurance lines.
  • Client-centered approach and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Suite Applications
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in conducting presentations and negotiations.
  • Able to work onsite in San Antonio, Makati
