About the role

Optimum Ads Corporation is seeking a driven and experienced Billboard Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our extensive network of billboards across New Manila, Quezon City and the Metro Manila area. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring our outdoor advertising displays are in pristine condition, promoting our clients' campaigns effectively. The role offers the opportunity to work in the dynamic advertising industry, contributing to the success of high-profile marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules to keep all billboards in optimal condition
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of the billboard maintenance team, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
  • Inspect billboards regularly to identify and address any issues, such as damage, deterioration or lighting problems
  • Liaise with clients to understand their advertising requirements and ensure billboards meet their specifications
  • Monitor billboard performance and provide regular reports on their condition and effectiveness
  • Manage the procurement of materials, equipment and services required for billboard maintenance and repair
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar outdoor advertising or billboard maintenance role. Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Proven track record of managing and motivating a team of technicians and maintenance staff
  • Strong understanding of billboard technology, materials and construction
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address maintenance challenges
  • Proficient in project management and able to develop and implement effective maintenance schedules
  • Solid communication skills to liaise with clients and coordinate the maintenance team
  • Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in outdoor advertising or facilities management
