About the role

Felport International Marketing is seeking a skilled and dedicated General Maintenance professional to join our team in Quezon City Metro Manila. This full-time role is responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance and repair services to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on various building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions
  • Conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential problems before they escalate
  • Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities and materials used
  • Collaborating with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure minimal disruption to operations
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
  • Assisting with special projects and tasks as required
  • Other task that assigned by supervisor

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a general maintenance or handyperson, with a strong understanding of building systems and maintenance procedures
  • Proficient in the use of various tools and equipment, including power tools, hand tools, and testing equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and find effective solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed
