Job Description:

  • Identify, research, analyze, and negotiate commercial leases with lessors.
  • Prepare permitting applications and coordinate with local government units to fast-track approvals.
  • Review and verify ownership or property documents of potential lessors.
  • Negotiate with lot owners and secure all required documents for lease contracts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to support other teams.
  • Monitor the progress of Site Acquisition and Permitting activities.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Develop and implement realistic, achievable plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience and knowledge in the end-to-end Site Acquisition and Permitting process (E2E FTK experience).
  • Proficient in the complete Site Acquisition and Permitting process.
  • Knowledgeable in ownership and property documents of prospective or potential lessors.
  • Ensure the efficiency of day-to-day activities.

Salary Offer: The salary offer will be determined based on the applicant's current or most recent compensation, with consideration for an increase.
