We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Site Acquisition Officer Supervisor to support the end-to-end site acquisition process for our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing documentation, securing permits, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring all site-related activities are completed within budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit Letters of Intent (LOI) to proposed sites.
  • Process and secure access permits required for site surveys and implementation.
  • Present and obtain approval for implementation plans from building administrators, engineering teams, or property owners.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with property owners, ensuring alignment with the client's approved rate matrix.
  • Secure all necessary documents including Installation Plans, Method of Construction (MOC), Notice to Proceed (NTP), and property ownership documents.
  • Ensure timely completion of work, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and provide regular progress updates (daily/weekly).
  • Utilize approved forms and SAQ project management methodologies to ensure effective execution of tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in site acquisition, project coordination, or a related role (preferably in telecommunications or infrastructure projects).
  • Strong understanding of permits, documentation, and legal compliance related to property/site development.
  • Proven ability to negotiate commercial terms and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel or work on-site as required.
