Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents within the Zoho ecosystem to automate business processes end-to-end.
  • Analyze existing workflows and identify automation opportunities across departments.
  • Collaborate with team members to observe daily operations, document repetitive tasks, and translate them into structured automation logic.
  • Develop and maintain YAML-based configuration files that define process flows, rules, and data mappings.
  • Test, refine, and scale AI automations to ensure reliability, accuracy, and measurable business value.
  • Stay current on Zoho's AI roadmap and new platform capabilities to continuously enhance internal automation strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define automation priorities and performance metrics.
  • Potentially mentor or expand the automation team as adoption scales.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in AI agent development, process automation, or intelligent workflow design.
  • Proficiency in YAML, JSON, or other structured data languages for configuration-based automation.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, data flows, and systems integration.
  • Expertise with Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Creator, etc.) or similar SaaS ecosystems is an advantage.
  • Ability to translate complex operational processes into clear, logical automation logic.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments and documenting workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with Zoho's AI platform or automation within the Zoho ecosystem.
  • Exposure to low-code/no-code development or workflow tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Power Automate).
  • Background in software development, machine learning, or business systems engineering.
  • Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams.
  • Open to hiring candidates based outside the Philippines and open to relocation.
