  • We need minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Gen AI/ Generative AI.
  • GenAI/ Generative AI - LLM/RAG/Agentic (you can find these skills in the correct resume)
  • You will get lots of profiles from India and Malaysia, try to source some expats who can work in Philippines.
  • Need strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow), and cloud platforms and infrastructure as code (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • GPU is mandatory.

Just to understand you ML and AI both are different than Gen AI.

  • Gen AI / AI / ML these all 3 skills are different
  • ML-AI models (regression, classification, random forest, XG Boost, etc) for prediction
  • AI - More like Azure AI services, speech to text, voice recognition, image processing, etc
