About the Role:

As a Data Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection, processing, and analysis of data across various departments. Your role will ensure that data is accurate, accessible, and actionable, supporting functions such as inventory management, sales analysis, and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management:
• Collect, clean, and maintain datasets from multiple sources including Amazon Seller Central, advertising platforms, and internal systems.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance, inventory levels, and customer behavior.
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Process Optimization:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows and reporting processes.
• Implement tools and systems to automate data collection and reporting where feasible.
• Support Decision-Making
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on business performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within e-commerce or retail sectors.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of ETL and GCP cloud Environment.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and related APIs.
• Knowledge of inventory management and demand forecasting.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
