Locations: BGC, TaguigCorporate Title: JO-SMWork Arrangement: HybridOur Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Risk System and Strategy Execution Officer. In this role, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of business and credit operations to develop new techniques and improve processes and workflows. You will represent risk and policy initiatives, acting as a liaison between various technology, policy, and compliance teams to provide support and solutions to the business.

What the role will entail

Resolve conflicts arising from differing interpretations and execution of approved policies. Achieve win-win compromises that balance business needs, operational feasibility, and the portfolio's risk tolerance. Analyze the enhanced compliance assessment matrix for submission to Bank Compliance, ensuring the description of the business's compliance with regulatory directives is accurate and appropriate.

Identify the suitability of key control indicators and key risk areas while preparing the risk and control self-assessment report. Utilize a deep understanding of policies, processes, and regulations to assess potential impacts on account receivables, provisions, loss rates, and net income after tax (NIAT). Conduct thorough analysis when formulating strategies or policy changes, including setting score cut-offs and determining relevant demographic criteria for programs.
