POSITION: Group Plant Manager

JOB LOCATION: Calamba, Laguna

BUDGET SALARY: 150k-220k

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Food Science/Engineering or any related field, from an accredited academic institution
  • Must have at least 8-10 years experience in the same field and similar role
  • Must have experience working in a manufacturing of snacks, biscuits, candies, etc.
  • Proven track record in delivering best class manufacturing performance
  • Should have a deep involvement in the whole production process (conception, production, warehouse, logistics, quality control to product delivery)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee plant operations, ensuring that policies and procedures are being followed
  • Sees to it that all KRAs are attained and within standards
  • Monitors and controls plant budget and ensures plant profitability
  • Address labor management issues at plant level
  • Review existing plant set up and find ways to improve profitability through process improvement
  • Timely submission of reports and updates
  • Manage, train and develop personnel and ensure career and succession plan
