Job Responsibilities:

1. Community Operations & Strategy

Independently plan, coordinate, and execute community operation strategies based on the platform's development objectives and community positioning. This includes planing and managing community activities, daily content operations, and other engagement initiatives to expand the user base, enhance user activity, and improve loyalty.

2. Community User Management

Leverage user profiling and behavioral insights to implement differentiated positioning and content distribution across various channels, platforms, and community accounts. Drive refined user segmentation and targeted operations to improve user engagement and conversion rates.

3. Data Analysis & Optimization

Regularly monitor and analyze key community metrics (e.g., new users, active users, retention, and conversion). Evaluate the effectiveness of community operations and propose actionable optimization strategies.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in community operations, user operations, or related fields.
  • Community Tools & User Insights: Proficient in using community tools and tactics, with a solid understanding of user psychology and expertise in creating interactive topics and discussions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
