Technical Business Analyst*
to lead documentation, requirements design, and process mapping across AI Agent, software development, and RPA automation projects that are redefining how global organizations operate.

This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines, where you'll partner with global teams, work across time zones, and shape the future of intelligent automation delivery.

Role Summary
As the Technical Business Analyst, you'll take charge of designing, documenting, and translating business and technical requirements across AI, software, and automation initiatives. You'll work closely with clients, engineers, and automation specialists to produce structured specifications, map complex processes, and ensure clarity across every stage of delivery. Your work will serve as the backbone of successful project execution, bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation with precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Design

• Own customer-facing documentation: specifications, functional and technical requirements, SOPs, and runbooks.
• Produce clean, structured As-Is and To-Be process maps and workflow diagrams.
• Create visually clear design documents for AI Agents and automation workflows.

Process & Requirements Analysis

• Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions across clients and internal teams.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and workflows.
• Build traceability between requirements, processes, and solution designs.

Client & Team Collaboration

• Work directly with US-based stakeholders — excellent English communication is essential.
• Run documentation walkthroughs, requirements reviews, and mapping workshops.
• Act as a bridge between business, engineering, and automation teams to ensure alignment.

Continuous Improvement

• Improve documentation standards, templates, structure, and visual clarity.
• Review and enhance documents created by the wider team, raising overall quality.
• Advocate for clarity, structure, and analytical thinking across all deliverables.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 4–6 years as a Technical BA, Systems Analyst, or Product BA.
• Strong experience creating client-facing specifications and process documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools (Miro, , etc.).
• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and high-level solution designs.
• Experience in software, automation, or tech-driven delivery environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to RPA tools (Power Automate, UiPath, n8n, etc.).
• Experience working with AI/LLM-based applications.
• Consulting or outsourcing background.
• Familiarity with knowledge platforms like SharePoint, Notion, or similar.

Reporting Line & Working Pattern

• Reports to: Project Manager or Delivery Lead
• Fully remote role based in the Philippines.
• Frequent collaboration with US-based clients and global delivery teams.
