DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Generation: Actively seek out and develop new customers and sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's product offerings to effectively present and promote them to potential customers.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the food distribution, importation, or FMCG sectors.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to prospect for new leads, present products, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients professionally.
  • Self-Motivated: Driven by results and highly motivated to meet sales targets and earn commission.
  • Customer-Centric: Focused on understanding customer needs and delivering high levels of service.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
