The Property Insurance Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business and managing client relationships by offering property insurance solutions tailored to individual and corporate needs. The role focuses on driving premium growth through consultative selling, strong market presence, and consistent client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and acquire new clients for property insurance products (commercial and residential).
  • Assess client risk profiles and insurance requirements to recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals, quotations, and policy terms to clients.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to policy issuance and renewal.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to support retention and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure smooth policy placement and servicing.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates relevant to property insurance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in property insurance, non-life insurance, or a related sales role.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of property insurance products, coverage structures, and risk assessment is an advantage.
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working with sales targets
