Job description

  • Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance or any related course
  • Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk or similar role
  • Ability to handle confidential information

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)

  • Knowledgeable on processing of Compensation and benefits

Essential Functions

  • Timekeeping – collect, confirm and process biometric records/ timecards/ manpower assignment form from project sites, ensure accurate computation and timely payment of overtime and holiday premium
  • Prepare and distribute cash payroll and pay slips in a timely manner
  • Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
  • Report on payroll expenses
  • Answer questions about compensation and benefits
  • Performs other related functions as maybe assigned, as deemed necessary from time to time.
